OUR PRODUCTS ARE NOT MADE TO HOLD ADDITIONAL WEIGHT.  DO NOT HANG THINGS FROM YOUR AWNING.  A BENT FRAME IS NOT COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY AND WILL BE CONSIDERED THE RESULT OF MISUSE.

Care

Most custom Sukkahs by Dean are built with awning fabric stretched taught over a steel cage frame, resembling the construction of an umbrella or tent.  As such, best care practice for your cover is to roll it up and secure it, or have us take the fabric down, in the event of impending high winds or expected snowstorms.

High winds can damage an awning or sukkah, and possibly the entire structure it is attached to.  The weight of snow can cause some fabrics to stretch and sag, compromising waterproofing capabilities and durability.  Your salesman can guide you to the best options for your planned use (including four-season products).

Please see this page for how to properly care for your sukkah.

Should you like, we offer services for taking down your cover, storing it until you need it again, and rehanging it once the bad weather has passed; you need only ask.
